Body Movement
Your body holds memory.
And movement helps release it.
You don’t need a gym. You don’t need a routine.
You just need to move.
Energy gets stuck in stillness —
when we sit too long, hold too much, pretend too often.
And the body starts to carry what the heart can’t speak.
Start small. Stretch your spine.
Roll your shoulders. Shake your arms.
Go for a walk without music.
Let your breath lead.
Let your body guide.
Sometimes you’ll feel resistance.
Sometimes it’ll ache.
That’s okay — you're not doing it wrong.
That’s stored emotion leaving the body.
You don’t have to force it.
You just have to listen.
Your body already knows what it needs.
Your job is to stop overriding it.
Let movement become medicine.
Not performance.
Not punishment.
Just presence.
