REALIGNMENT GUIDE

A field check-in. A return to center.

This is the part you come back to.
When you feel off.
When the world gets loud.
When you're spiraling, doubting, drained.
Here’s what to do. Not all at once. Just start somewhere.
Feel the shift.

CLEAR THE FIELD.

  • ☐ Open a window. Let the air move.

  • ☐ Put your bare feet on the earth. Grass. Concrete. Anything real.

  • ☐ Drink water — slow, present, like it matters.

  • ☐ Take a long exhale. Again. And again.

  • ☐ Clean one corner of your space. Don’t wait to feel ready.

  • ☐ Shower. Not to scrub — but to reset.

  • ☐ Say no to something that drains you.

  • ☐ Turn off music. Or play something real. Something that breathes.

  • ☐ Sit in silence. Let it show you what’s still there.

COME BACK TO YOU.

  • ☐ Wear clothes that feel like you — not performance.

  • ☐ Eat something nourishing, slowly, without distraction.

  • ☐ Light a candle. Especially after sunset.

  • ☐ Move your body — walk, stretch, shake.

  • ☐ Say what you need out loud. Even if no one’s there.

  • ☐ Write without editing. Get the static out.

  • ☐ Touch a tree. A wall. Your own chest. Connect to now.

  • ☐ Do something you’d do even if no one saw it.

REMEMBER WHO YOU ARE.

  • ☐ You're not late.

  • ☐ You’re not broken.

  • ☐ You didn’t make it up.

  • ☐ You’re not the only one.

  • ☐ You were just early.

  • ☐ You came here for a reason.

  • ☐ You’re allowed to rest.

  • ☐ You’re allowed to feel.

  • ☐ You’re allowed to begin again — as many times as you need.

Save it.
Print it.
Whisper it to yourself when your body forgets what your soul remembers.

This is how you return.
This is how you come home.
